I have been meaning to post about my amazing husband for some time now, and since today is his birthday, what better time than now! I am so blessed to have such an amazing man in my life. I feel like the luckiest girl ever to have Landon in my life. There are so many things that make me love him. To narrow them down, I thought I’d share 27 things I love about him to celebrate his 27th birthday.
I love . . .
1. the way he loves me . . . even when I’m grumpy and not easy to love.
2. how he plays and loves our kids. He’s a great Daddy
3. that my kids look like him
4. that he got his drill, wood and nails out last night to help me prepare my singing time
5. his testimony and his willingness to share and use his priesthood
6. how we make each other laugh
7. the many things he has taught me over the last 5 years. He is a much more patient person than I am.
8. his hopes and dreams for our family
9. how excited Easton and Averie are when he comes home from work
10. knowing that we get to be together forever
11. that he will put the worm on the hook for me when we’re fishing and then gut my fish. (I can do regular bait, but I can’t handle putting a live worm on a hook.)
12. he supports me in anything I want to do. He’s my biggest cheerleader.
13. that I know he’ll do anything for me.
14. that he appreciates all that I do.
15. his desire to make a difference in the world
16. that he still opens my doors and holds my hand
17. his study habits. It’s amazing the amount of books he’s read. He loves to learn!
18. his determination and willingness to work hard to get what he wants
19. that we can learn and grow together in every aspect of our lives
20. that he mellows me out. (for those of you who didn’t know us before we were married, believe it or not, I have mellowed out.
21. that he lets me be a cover hog
22. that he says the prayer even when it’s my turn, but I’m too tired
23. that he kisses Averie and Easton in their beds before he leaves for work in the morning
24. knowing that we get to be together forever
25. he’s always happy to see me when he comes home from work. Even when it’s been “one of those days.”
26. that I know he’ll do anything for me.
27. and last but not least, I love how easy it’s been to write this list.

Thank you honey. You are the reason I am anything. You are the reason I wake up in the morning and the last thought to cross my mind as I go to sleep each night. I love you with all my heart and then some and am grateful we get the spend the rest of forever together. Besitos!
