Thanks to a family friend we found the most awesome pumpkin patch to go to. It's a place pretty much straight from my husband's dreams. It's a small working farm complete with goats, chickens, horses and plenty of land. They grow everything from mums, berries, and pumpkins to Christmas trees and even a couple rows of cotton.
I wasn't able to get any pictures of the kids with the goats, but it was hilarious. Easton was chasing them, Averie wanted to try to ride one (the little ones could get in and out of the pen) and Boston wanted to stay as far away from them as possible. It took a lot of coaxing from Daddy to even pet them. (He must be my boy, I guess.) We had such a great time and are already planning our trip back. We are LOVING fall in Kentucky!

SO happy to be together!!! |

We got to take a hayride out to an actual pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins. It was awesome to actually pick the stem right off of the vine. The kids LOVED the ride too (as you can see by their thrilled faces! Why can't we get everyone looking and/or smiling at the same time??) |

Boston pretty much wanted every pumpkin he passed. He would set down the one that he had and pick up a new one.
He's the only one that we could get to stand still long enough to take a picture. Doesn't he look proud? |

As you can tell, we were there until it got dark.
Thanks to Daddy the kids got to ride out to the car with the pumpkins. |

So bugged...I just left a long comment and it didn't post then disappeared. Bummer! Anyway, this reminds me of the fun things we did when we lived in California when Landon was about Easton's age. Plan some more fun and inexpensive things to do when we come visit in eight and a half weeks! Love the pics!
There is your Christmas crd right there! Great picture. I guess it helps that your family is adorable!
Umm when did Boston get so big!? I swear he was just a baby!
Could Boston be more HANDSOME!! Sounds like fun :)
